• The product is within the 12-month warranty period from the date of purchase.
• Defects covered under warranty include:
  • Swelling, bubbling, or peeling on the surface.
  • Warping or unusual shrinkage due to manufacturing defects.
  • Faults in the surface coating or protective layer not meeting quality standards.

2. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover the following cases:

• Damage caused by external factors:
  • Natural disasters, fire, flooding, or insect infestation.
  • Damage from heavy impact, dragging objects, or improper use.
• Improper maintenance, including using unsuitable chemicals for cleaning.
• Repairs or modifications by unauthorized third parties.

3. Warranty Process
