Warranty Coverage:

• Technical Defects: Including structural defects such as warping, cracking, breaking, or surface peeling due to the manufacturing process.
• Structural defects: Product has delamination between wood layers, warping, shrinkage or abnormal deformation under normal use conditions.
• Surface defect: The product surface has peeling or blistering of the protective coating due to factory defect (not due to external impact).
• Locking system error: The locking system has a technical error from the factory, causing the panels to not be able to connect together correctly when installed properly.

Warranty Conditions:

• The product must be installed and used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. (See instructions here.  )
• Warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, strong mechanical impact, natural disasters or other external factors.
• Warranty does not cover natural wear and tear during use.
• The warranty does not cover problems caused by water directly affecting the floor such as flooding or long-term water immersion.
• Flooded floors, leaks from walls, ceilings or floors.

+ Use water sparingly while cleaning your wooden floor. Prepare a cloth to absorb liquid immediately because too much water causes the floor to swell.

+ Avoid wax cleaners, vinegar and all-purpose soaps, as they dull the finish of the floor.

+ Don't let sand, dirt, or dust build up. Vacuum or sweep your floors once a week.

+ Place the mat at the door to dry before going onto the wooden floor and the mat also prevents dirt and sand from dirtying or scratching the floor. Regularly clean the mat to dry it, so that water does not accumulate and affect your floor.

+ Use rubber or plastic pads to support furniture.

+ Trim your pet's nails to help avoid scratches on the floor.

Periodic maintenance :

+ Clean the wooden floor surface with a soft cloth or damp mop.

+ Humidity control: Maintain room humidity at 40-60% to avoid shrinkage or blistering of wooden floors.
