RECRUITMENT GENERAL ACCOUNTANT

Our company is looking for talented and enthusiastic candidates for the position of Sales Accountant cum Accounts Receivable to accompany the development of the team. If you are a professional, responsible and desire to develop in the consumer retail industry, this is the opportunity for you!

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Sales Accounting & DMS System Management:

• Receive and process orders, create sales orders, issue VAT invoices.
• Calculate and apply promotions and accumulation programs for customers.
• Manage data on import - export - inventory of goods, process batch and serial information on DMS system.
• Create retail warehouse transfer delivery notes, monitor Trade Marketing import/export activities.
• At the end of the day, render and ensure data from DMS is transferred to accounting software (Fast) accurately.

2. Accounts Receivable Management:

• Track and manage customer debt details.
• Update customer payments into accounting software.
• Prepare daily and monthly debt reports; proactively compare and urge debt collection.
• Contact customers to handle any issues arising regarding delivery, quantity/quality discrepancies.

3. General Accounting & Tax Support:

• Check the validity and legality of input invoices and documents.
• Print, stamp and store scientific accounting documents.
• Support for declaration, payment of VAT and related reports.
• Work with tax authorities when required.
• Monitor, check and reconcile bank documents.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

• Education: College/University graduate majoring in Accounting, Finance or related fields.
• Experience: At least 01 year of experience in the position of General Accountant or Sales Accountant. Priority is given to candidates who have worked in retail and consumer goods enterprises.
• Knowledge: Basic knowledge of accounting and current tax laws. Understanding of the DMS system and the company's business operations is a big advantage.
• Skill:
• Proficient in invoicing and debt management skills.
• Good communication, teamwork and customer care skills.
• Good at office software (especially Excel) and accounting software (Fast preferred).
• Attitude: Proactive, honest, highly responsible, progressive and willing to cooperate.
• Number of candidates needed: 2 candidates

• Basic salary: 12 million + allowance & commission: 10 - 20 million (Total income: 22 - 32 million)
