The original Warranty Certificate is intact, without any erasures or alterations, and remains within the valid period.

3. Special Policy: 1-for-1 Replacement Commitment

To ensure absolute peace of mind for customers purchasing clearance items, we apply the following policy:

Immediate 1-for-1 Replacement: Applicable for individual planks with surface defects (factory scratches, surface bubbling) or clicking system (tongue and groove) flaws discovered immediately upon opening the box.
Full-Lot Return/Exchange: If the received goods do not match the committed quality, specifications, or color code as demonstrated at the warehouse.

4. Warranty Exclusions
