JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for comprehensive management of business, human resources and operations of the warehouse supermarket.

• Develop and implement monthly, quarterly and annual business plans; ensure to achieve and exceed revenue & profit KPIs.

• Recruit, train and develop next generation staff, build a professional working environment.

• Negotiate and manage strategic relationships with major suppliers and partners.

• Monitor and optimize the entire operating process from warehouse, sales to customer care.

• Report directly to the Board of Directors, propose solutions to improve business efficiency.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in a Management position or equivalent in the retail, construction materials, interior, or supermarket system industry.

• Skill:

  • Excellent leadership and people management.

  • Ability to plan and organize scientific work.

  • High level negotiation, communication and problem solving skills.

• Knowledge: Deep understanding of retail market and industry trends, ability to analyze data & make strategic decisions.

• Attitude: Decisive, far-sighted, able to withstand high pressure, sense of responsibility of a true leader.

INTEREST

• Basic salary: 20,000,000 VND/month + allowance & commission: 10 - 20 million (Total income: 30 - 40 million)

• High commission based on total supermarket sales.

• Fully participate in social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance as prescribed.
