POSITION: SALES STAFF (PROJECT & RETAIL)

New location: 223 Phan Huy Ich, An Hoi Tay Ward, HCMC

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Proactively seek and build relationships with potential customers: construction contractors, interior design companies, architects (B2B channel).

• Consulting and introducing products/solutions to individual customers (B2C channel) directly at the showroom.

• Survey needs, make quotes, negotiate terms and close contracts with customers.

• Work closely with Architect and Warehouse departments to ensure order progress and quality.

• Maintain existing customers and develop new customers, meet and exceed personal sales targets.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in business; priority given to candidates with experience in construction materials, interior design or real estate.

• Skill:

  • Excellent communication and persuasion, love business.

  • Ready to accept challenges and sales pressure.

• Attitude: Dynamic, progressive, warrior spirit, always aiming for the goal.

INTEREST

• Fixed salary: 12,000,000 VND/month + allowance & commission 10 - 20 million (Total income: 22 - 32 million)

• Attractive commission based on total company revenue, unlimited income.

• Fully participate in social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance as prescribed.
