Position: ONLINE SALES STAFF (02 PEOPLE)

3K Home Warehouse is looking for 02 talented Online Sales Specialists to conquer the digital market.

Working location: 223 Phan Huy Ich, Ward 15, Go Vap District, Ho Chi Minh City

New location: 223 Phan Huy Ich, An Hoi Tay Ward, HCMC

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Direct and consult sales on all online channels of the company: Website, Live Chat, Fanpage, Zalo, E-commerce Platform (Shopee, Lazada).

• Proactively approach, advise and persuade customers to close online orders.

• Collaborate with Architects to provide 3D renderings to clients, increasing conversion rates.

• Process orders, track deliveries and provide after-sales customer support.

• Participate in building content and ideas for online marketing campaigns to attract customers and increase sales.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

• Quantity: 02 people.

• Experience: Experience in online sales or customer consulting via digital channels is a must.

• Skills: Excellent communication skills via chat and phone. Ability to close deals and handle rejections well.

• Attitude: Quick, sensitive to trends, love technology and e-commerce. Willing to work shifts to ensure fastest customer response.

BENEFITS

• Basic salary: 14 million + allowance & commission: 10 - 20 million (Total income: 24 - 34 million)
