Position: ARCHITECT

3K Home Warehouse is recruiting an Architect / 3D Designer to be the bridge to turn customers' ideas into reality. With exclusive 3D and AI technology platform, you will be the key factor to bring "wow" experience to customers.

Working location: 223 Phan Huy Ich, Ward 15, Go Vap District, Ho Chi Minh City

New location: 223 Phan Huy Ich, An Hoi Tay Ward, HCMC

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Receive requests from customers and sales department to advise on space and material solutions.

• Use the company's software and technology to design layouts and render 3D spaces quickly and intuitively.

• Perspective of products (wooden floors, panels...) on the customer's actual premises, helping them easily make purchasing decisions.

• Support the marketing department in creating 3D images and videos to promote products.

• Update the latest design trends and materials to improve the quality of advice.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

• Education: College/University graduate majoring in Architecture, Interior Design.

• Skills: Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, and rendering tools. Ability to render quickly is an advantage.

• Thinking: Good aesthetic sense, spatial thinking and high creativity.

• Communication: Ability to listen, present ideas and advise customers in an easy-to-understand manner.

• Basic salary: 16 million + allowance & commission: 10 - 20 million (Total income: 26 -36 million)
