Does AWood® WPC have a quality assurance process?
AWood® wpc composite is a natural fiber plastic composite material and is made from wood fiber, wood pulp and thermoplastics such as PP/PE. In addition to wood fibers and resins, wpc may also contain bio-additive materials such as mineral fillers and colorants. They provide the ability to integrate polymer and wood pulp, in an environment that facilitates optimal processing.
The most widespread use of AWood® wpc is in outdoor decking, but it is also used for balustrades, fences, landscaping timbers, cladding and partitions, park benches, grounds trim, framing doors and porches, and indoor furniture. These materials can be molded with simulated wood grain details.

Does AWood® have a quality check process during production?
Factory 4-point inspection process to ensure quality:
1. Raw material testing: as soon as the raw materials are put into the production units, they will go through our laboratory tests to check their properties, after which they will be tested. go to the store
2. Tests at production stage: at different stages of production, tests are performed to confirm whether the purpose of a particular stage is served. For example, an important constraint for polymers used in wpc is the requirement that the processing conditions (melting temperature, pressure) will not thermally degrade the wood filler. Wood degraded about 220oC.
3. Product inspection: therefore, manufactured products must undergo the most stringent tests of global standards, pass those tests, and be eligible for dispatch.
4. Post-production inspection: before dispatch, visual inspection is done to check product tolerance and any other type of manufacturing defect will be disqualified.
